Warranty Information

Receiptrolls.com warrants that the consumable products it sells will be of workmanlike quality and free from material defects, and will meet their performance specifications, including equipment compatibility as specified by Receiptrolls.com, for six months after the manufacture for Ribbons, and twelve months after the manufacture for Paper Rolls.

RECEIPTROLLS.COM UNDERTAKES NO OTHER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF THE GOODS AND RECEIPTROLLS.COM ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILTY THAT THE GOODS WILL BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR WHICH YOU MAY BE BUYING THESE GOODS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSSED OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE.

A. Receiptrolls.com sole liability, and your exclusive remedy, for breach of warranty shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund/credit, at receiptrolls.com discretion, for products returned during the warranty period. Items repaired or replaced by Receiptrolls.com shall be subject to the above warranty to the same extent as originally delievered.

B. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, improper storage or installation, extreme tempeture or humidity conditions, repair, or improper testing.

C. If the products are purchased for re-sale, the foregoing warranties may be passed through to the end user, subject to the limitations and requirements herein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RECEIPTROLLS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE CLAIMING THROUGH YOU FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR TIME, OR FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, LIQUIDATED, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RECEIPTROLLS.COM IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. RECEIPTROLLS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY DELAY IN SHIPMENT.

EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS FOR BODILY RELATED INJURY OR DEATH, RECEIPTROLLS.COM LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PRICE ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PARTICULAR PRODUCTS CAUSING DAMAGE.
